Riverview Mobility Solutions

2015 - 2017

Riverview Mobility Solutions was a privately funded Singapore based startup building a multi-channel mobile loyalty SaaS platform. I joined the company in 2015 as the Lead UI/UX Engineer to form the design department and establish the UI/UX process.

At the time I joined, the company had a few small-scale clients. The platform frontend had been written on a jQuery based pre-built bootstrap theme.

I was able to lead more than 10 mobile app projects and grow the UI/UX team from myself to four full-time engineers within the two and a half years of my time at RiverviewMS. The UI/UX team transformed the platform UI from an outdated static bootstrap theme to a white-labelable custom UI framework based on SMACSS.

I was able to implement an A to Z UI/UX process and a company-wide design framework based on the RiverviewMS rebrand with the help of customer support and marketing team.

Riverview loyalty platform was blessed to attract large scale & multinational companies like The Bodyshop, Cebu Pacific Airlines, Chubb Insurance, Cisco Meraki and proceeded to build award-winning mobile user experiences.
