The Body Shop Malaysia mobile loyalty platform was powered by Riverview Mobility Solutions. One of the company's main focuses was to build a new user experience to stand out from the traditional loyalty apps.
As the lead engineer, I was responsible for planning and executing the user experience and UI designs for Android and iOS apps. Personas and user stories were identified after a few meetings followed by brainstorming sessions with internal UI, marketing and customer success & technical teams from the client's side.
By utilizing these data UX team started doing the wireframes. A common prototype was done using the UX screens to be used for evaluation sessions using InvisionApp. The same tool was used to collect feedback.

After the UX flow was finalized, the UIs were implemented incorporating customer's brand guidelines. Upon approval, they were processed for the mobile development teams. The app was successfully launched to app stores in late 2016.
